All content, features, and functionality on our platform are owned by block research and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, and that you will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major payment methods. All payments are processed in USD. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
Our liability is limited to the lesser of the total amount paid by you during the 6-month period preceding the claim, or $1,000 USD.
