This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("End-User" or "you") and block research, Timo Bautsch ("Licensor", "we", or "us"), governing your use of block research software applications and signal-forwarding tools ("Application") that route trading instructions to third-party platforms such as 3Commas or Altrady.

By viewing any material or using the information within this Site, you agree that this is general education material, and you will not hold any person or entity responsible for loss or damages resulting from the content or general information provided by blockresearch.ai.
The Application is a software tool that forwards trading signals to third-party applications such as 3Commas or Altrady for automated trading purposes. The Application is not designed to provide financial advice, and the Licensor assumes no responsibility for trading results or investment outcomes.
The Licensor grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Application on devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

The Application requires firmware version 1.0.0 or higher. It is your responsibility to verify that your device meets the technical requirements before use.
The Licensor is responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Application in accordance with applicable law. The Services provider (e.g. app store) has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Application.
If you submit or post any content related to the Application, you warrant that your contributions do not infringe on any third-party rights and that they comply with all applicable content standards. The Licensor may use any feedback you provide without compensation or attribution.
The Licensor's liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence, except where essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are breached or personal injury is involved. In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
The Application is warranted to be free from malware and to function substantially as documented. Any defects must be reported within 90 days of discovery. The Licensor will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified defects within a reasonable timeframe.
The Licensor is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application or its use, including but not limited to product liability claims, claims that the Application fails to conform to applicable legal requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
The Licensor is solely responsible for any intellectual property infringement claims relating to the Application. All intellectual property rights in and to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies in your possession.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
