Ultimate Oscillator (UO)
The Ultimate Oscillator is a momentum indicator that uses three different timeframes to reduce false signals. By combining short, medium, and long-term momentum, it provides a more reliable reading than single-timeframe oscillators.
How it works: The UO calculates buying pressure relative to the true range across three periods, then combines them with a weighted formula (the shortest period gets the most weight). Values range from 0 to 100.
